How it mounts
Bike frame only. This one straps to the top tube, and an e-scooter doesn't have one. If you ride a scooter, the handlebar bag is the one that fits.

Will it fit my ride?
Bicycles and commuter e-scooters share a 22.2 mm handlebar, so anything that clamps there fits both. Strapped and worn gear never had a compatibility question in the first place.
