Contact us
Small operation, no call centre, no bot pretending to be a person. Tell us what's going on below — a few of the most common questions have an instant answer, and everything else comes to a human who replies within one business day.
Send us a message
Start with the reason — some of them we can answer for you right now without you waiting on an email.
It's in the subject line of your confirmation email.
The more specific you are, the fewer emails it takes.
You'll get an automatic confirmation straight away, then a real reply within one business day.
How to reach us
Email only, and that's deliberate — see the note below.
The fastest way to reach us, and the only channel where nothing gets lost.
hello@compank.com Replies within 1 business dayHours
We read email Monday to Friday. Weekend messages get answered Monday morning.
9am – 5pm AEST Closed public holidaysReturns address
Australian address. Don't post anything back before you've contacted us — we'll confirm where to send it.
Melbourne, VIC Full address sent with your returnBecause we'd never answer it. A published number that rings out is worse for you than no number at all — you'd sit on hold, get nothing, and feel like you'd been avoided.
Email means your question is written down, we can look at your order while we answer, and you have a record of what was agreed. If something genuinely needs a call, ask in an email and we'll arrange a time.
What to include, by situation
Half of all support emails need a follow-up question before anyone can help. This table is how you skip that.
| If it's about… | Include this | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| A missing parcel | Order number and delivery address | We can pull the carrier's internal record, which shows more than the public tracking page |
| Something damaged | Photos of the item and the packaging, before you repack | The carrier claim needs both. Photos taken after repacking usually get rejected |
| A fit problem | A photo of your handlebar from above, and the mount standard we listed | Tells us in seconds whether it's our listing error or a measurement mix-up |
| A fault | Order number, what happens, and when it started | Decides whether it's a warranty replacement or a consumer-guarantee remedy |
| Changing an order | Order number, and send it the same day | Once it's dispatched the address is with the carrier and we can't change it |
| A product question | Which product, and what you ride | Most answers depend on your bar diameter or your vehicle |
Answer yourself, faster than we can
- Track my order — live status, no sign-in
- Compatibility guide — measure your bar, check what fits
- Returns & refunds — checker tells you who pays postage
- Shipping & delivery times — estimate by state and origin
None of these are us trying to avoid you. They're just quicker than waiting until tomorrow morning.
What we can't help with
- E-scooter electrical faults — battery, controller, motor or wiring goes to a service agent, not to us
- Repairs on products bought elsewhere — we're not a workshop
- Whether a helmet is legal in your state — we certify to AS/NZS 2063:2020; road rules are your road authority's
- Insurance claims — we don't insure anything, though we'll supply whatever documentation you need
Who you're dealing with
Published because you should be able to check who's on the other end before you spend money with them.
Tell us first — most problems are a misunderstanding and we'd rather fix it than defend it. If you're not happy with how we handle something, you can take it to ACCC Product Safety or your state consumer protection agency: Consumer Affairs Victoria, NSW Fair Trading, Consumer Protection WA and the equivalents elsewhere. We won't hold that against you.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
