Every order ships free to every Australian state and territory, with no minimum spend and a tracking number on every parcel.
No minimum spend and no surprise fees at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.
How long will it take?
Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days, anywhere in Australia. Metro areas are usually at the faster end; regional and remote areas can take a few days longer.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first update, so don't worry if it looks quiet at first.
Ordering more than one item?
Some orders arrive in more than one parcel, each with its own tracking number. You're never charged extra for this.
Delays and lost parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days, or tracking hasn't moved for 5 business days, contact us with your order number and we'll chase it with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
Address problems
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away. We can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped.
