Track my order

Order number and the email you used. That's the whole thing — you don't need an account, a password or a code to see where your parcel is.

Find your parcel

Both fields, exactly as they appear on your confirmation email.

Lost the order number? It's in the subject line of your confirmation email, or contact us with the address you used and we'll find it.

What each status actually means

When to worry, and when not to

We'd rather give you a number than leave you guessing.

Tracking hasn't moved

A number that sits on "label created" for a day or two is normal — the label is generated before the parcel is scanned. On overseas parcels it's also normal to see nothing for several days in a row while it's between countries.

Our threshold is 7 business days with no scan at all. Past that, tell us and we lodge the enquiry with the carrier. You don't have to chase them yourself and you don't have to wait for their investigation to finish before we act.

It says delivered but it isn't here

Almost always one of three things, in this order:

  • Left in a safe place — check the porch, side gate, meter box, behind a bin
  • Taken in by a neighbour or a building manager
  • Scanned early by the driver and actually arriving the next day

Give it 24 hours, check those three, then email us. If it doesn't turn up we replace it or refund you.

Your estimated window has passed

Plan on 7 to 14 business days anywhere in Australia, plus a few more for regional and remote. Public holidays and peak periods stretch it. The full breakdown, including a calculator by state, is on the shipping page.

If it's meaningfully past the window, that's not just a complaint — under Australian Consumer Law goods must be delivered within a reasonable time, and a significant delay can entitle you to cancel and be refunded. Ask us and we'll action it.

Two parcels for one order

Normal. If part of your order ships from our Australian warehouse and part from overseas, they travel separately and each gets its own tracking number — both are listed against the order here.

You're only ever charged one shipping fee, however many parcels it takes.

Want it in your inbox instead?

Every dispatch email carries the tracking number, and you can add your mobile at checkout for carrier delivery texts — used only for delivery notifications, never for marketing. If you have an account, every order and its tracking sits in your account permanently.

Something's wrong with what arrived

Damaged, faulty, the wrong item, or it doesn't fit — all covered, and the postage back is on us in every one of those cases. The returns page has a checker that tells you exactly where you stand.

Still stuck?

Email us with your order number and we'll look at the carrier's internal record, which shows more than the public tracking page does. We reply within one business day.

If a parcel is genuinely lost, we replace it or refund you — you don't wait on an insurance claim being resolved first.
