These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with us. By using the site or placing an order, you accept them.

2. Using the site

You must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, and not to interfere with its security or with other users' information.

3. Products

We sell comfort and support products for everyday use - cushions, supports and similar items. They are not medical devices. We do not claim that they diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition, and nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have pain, an injury or a diagnosed condition, speak to a qualified health professional.

Photographs are indicative. Colours can look different from screen to screen, and measurements may vary slightly between production batches.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Prices can change at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is approved and we have sent you an order confirmation email.

5. Errors

We try to keep prices, descriptions and availability accurate, but errors happen. If we discover a material error in the price or description of something you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch and give you the choice of continuing at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.

6. Availability

All orders are subject to stock. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will let you know and refund you in full.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

8. Your consumer rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under that law. Where we are permitted to limit our liability, our liability is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the price you paid.

9. Use of the products

Please follow the guidance on our Product safety and care page and any instructions supplied with the product. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by using a product in a way it was not intended to be used.

10. Intellectual property

The text, images, design and other content on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

11. Privacy

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law applying in Australia, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your own state or territory.
